In the past, every buggy or truck with an A-Arm front suspension that used an upright required fabricating one-off custom pieces. This meant that manufacturing replacement uprights took an enormous amount of time and cost. ProAm's uprights offer a simple solution by providing off the shelf kits with key standardize dimensions. This allows fabricators to cheaply and easily manufacture replacements and help reproduce suspension designs, while still providing a design that can be used with a large variety of different hub assemblies and brake calipers. ProAm prerunner upright kits use a 5.4” billet Chromoly clevis and 2” bolt on snouts which can be used for vehicles up to 4500 lbs. with 35” tall tires. Prerunner Uprights are available in 10°, 12° and 14° inclinations and in 9 1/4", 10 1/2" and 11 1/2" lengths. These are prefect for Class 1 cars, prerunners and buggies with a-arm suspensions. The kit doesn’t include bolts, nuts, spacers or uniballs. |
