Arm Restraints

Arm restraints go around the bicep above your elbow. Wrist restraints go on the wrist. Both styles hook onto the seat belt latch on your racing harness just like your shoulder straps or your crotch strap. When you release your seat belt latch, your arm or wrist restraints will slide off the seat belt latch to release your arms.
