Description
All of Axia Alloy's billet aluminum clamps and brackets are available in either black anodized or clear (silver) anodized aluminum.
This clamp on mount is used when you have a NGP NO GROUND PLANE or GPI GROUND PLANE INDEPENDENT VHF or UHF antenna. DO NOT use this mount for an antenna that requires a ground plane. If your antenna requires a ground plane you will need to mount that type of antenna to a large metal surface such as the roof of your vehicle to get good radio reception.
This billet aluminum antenna mount will attach to your vehicle tubing either below or above your horizontal mounting bar. Mounts all popular brands of radio antenna including PCI Race Radios and Rugged Radios.

To confirm you have the correct antenna, flip your race radio antenna over. Look inside the coax port. You should see either NGP or GPI written on the bottom of the antenna.
