CBR 2007 to 2012 Polaris RZR XP 800/800s Side-by-Side Dual Pass Aluminum Radiator

This radiator features an advanced 6.6mm fin pitch and 42mm thickness, compared to the stock 10mm fin pitch and 28mm thickness. This allows for a larger surface area, resulting in better heat dissipation. The custom built tanks allow a massive 20% gain in coolant capacity, and features CBR's dual pass design which allows the flow of coolant to pass through the core twice, enhancing its cooling capability. The radiator is a direct replacement, utilizing the stock fan and can be easily installed without any customization. Throughout testing, temperatures have dropped as much as 25 degrees in the most extreme environments. This radiator is 100% aluminum and tig welded for light weight and durability.
