Fox Shocks 803-01-282 Intelligent Ride Dynamics iRD Live Valves or SDi E-CLIK Powering Servicing Kit

This kit allows you to power and open electronic shock valves that have a standard Deutsch Connector. This is a must for servicing the delicate solenoid live valves safely.

The powering tool plugs into a standard wall outlet for servicing shocks in the garage.

WARNING! Before you can take the shock apart, you'll have to drain the nitrogen gas out of the shock first. THE SHOCK IS PRESSURIZED! The valve is "normally closed" without power. You'll use the above power kit to make the valve "open".

There is also a specialty socket wrench part number 398-00-434-0 (sold separately) for the Fox Live Valve solenoid retaining nut.

The 3/8" drive socket removes the black retaining nut holding the 218-00-002 Live Valve into the piston/valving housing. Once the nut and Live Valve are removed, you can then remove the snap ring holding the piston/valving housing in place. The Live Valve, retaining nut, plastic cap and socket wrench are NOT included in the power kit and are shown for reference only.
