Description
Holley is proud to offer Click Bond products for use in fuel tanks for securing the HydraMat. The surface mounted systems simplify the HydraMat installation process and provides a permanent mounting solution in the fuel tank or cell.
Compatible with gasoline and E85 Ethanol. Due to the limited shelf life of glue adhesives, it must be purchased SEPARATELY. Holley recommends Gorilla Super Glue numbers 78001 OR 78056.
Instructions:
Position the HydraMat on the bottom of the fuel cell in the preferred location. Mark the cell surface through the mounting holes in the HydraMat for the position of each stud. Follow the directions provided in the Click Bond kit for cleaning and adhesive application. Allow to dry for 24 hours. Unscrew the plastic frames and slide the HydraMat over each stud. Install the washers and tighten the nuts to 7-10 inch lbs. Due to the limited shelf life of glue adhesives, it must be purchased SEPARATELY. Adhesive glue DOES NOT come in the kit. Holley recommends Gorilla Super Glue numbers 78001 or 78056.
