Above the add to cart button you can choose your master cylinder bores. Both master cylinders are tapped for 1/8" NPT pipe thread.
This off road brake and clutch pedal assembly is available with a variety of master cylinders. For the clutch, a 5/8" master cylinder gives you a softer pedal feel but you have to push the clutch pedal further down. The clutch pedal will move about the same distance as a stock beetle clutch pedal if you use a 5/8" master cylinder. A 3/4" clutch master cylinder gives you a harder pedal feel but you don't push the clutch pedal down as far as the 5/8" master cylinder because you're moving more fluid volume. The 11/16", for most people, is a happy medium.
The slave cylinder for hydraulic clutch operation will work on a VW beetle, three rib 002 bus, six rib 091 bus or Mendeola transmission. This kit uses standard DOT 3, DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 brake fluid.
