Kartek Wobble Stopper Kit For HIN16TA, WSSX16T, AIN16T, AIB16T3 Uniballs To Build Truck Trailing Arm

100% American made, overbuilt but not overpriced like the competition. Our wobble stoppers are designed for 3 and 4 link truck trailing arm rear suspension to combine the articulation of a standard 1" bore uniball with the rigidness of a composite bushing. The two slotted end caps guide the range of movement of the uniball to eliminate the rear end sway that is common with link suspension setups on trucks.



IMPORTANT: A 1" bore uniball is required for this kit and is SOLD SEPARATELY! The kit DOES NOT include the uniball because there are several to choose from. They are listed below.

Kit Includes:

• Two slotted end plates
• Eight 1/2" long 10-32 socket head cap screws (allen bolts)
• Two 3/4" bolt spacers for 3-1/16" tab width
• One 2" wide 2-3/4" diameter weldable housing
• One snap ring (you only need one per wobble stopper)

Typical Bolt Length If Using Grade 9 Hex Bolts:
• 5" long if using standard spacers, stover or nyloc nut, two flat washers and two 1/4" thick tabs
• 5-1/2" long if using extra wide spacers, stover or nyloc nut, two flat washers and two 1/4" thick tabs

Typical Bolt Length If Using Our 12 Point Flange Bolts:
• 4-1/2" long if using standard spacers, stover nut, one flat washer and two 1/4" thick tabs
• 5" long if using extra wide spacers, stover nut, one flat washer and two 1/4" thick tabs

The reason for the bolt length difference between Grade 9 and our 12 point flange bolts is because our bolts only have about 1 inch wide thread. The rest is a smooth shoulder.

NOTE: Make sure you make long enough tabs. Our PT1434CM are too short. The wobble stopper is 2-3/4" outside diameter. Divide that in half and you get 1-3/8" from center of bolt hole to outer edge of wobble stopper if it were parallel to the tube that you're welding your tabs to. You'll need even more room to compensate for the fact that the wobble stopper's end plates are oval shaped allowing it to rock slightly left to right.
