Maglock Magnetic Fresh Air Hose Helmet Kit Includes Helmet Adapter, Hose Adapter and Roof Mount

Maglock envisioned a safer, simpler and faster way to attach helmets to their forced air systems. No more zip ties or duct tape, Maglock technology creates a rock solid seal that will only let go when you need it to.

Maglock Air is made of injection molded high-impact nylon which stands up to the rigorous environments experienced in professional offroad racing. Designed in California, food contact safe, fire resistant, and features patent pending technology. The hose end features an o-ring between the magnets to prevent any dust and debris from being blown into your helmet. The helmet adapter clamps onto standard 1-1/4" helmet inlets found on Bell, HJC, Impact, PCI Race Radios, Pyrotect, Rugged Race Radios, or Simpson helmets. The kit also includes the roof dock for you to connect your hose to when not in use. No more fishing behind or underneath your seat to find your hose.

The magnetic o-ring sealed hose end is compatible with Parker Pumper, PCI Race Air, or Kartek Off-Road brand fresh air hoses. Note: Rugged's hose is larger in diameter than the industry standard so you’ll need the MLAADP1000 adapter to reduce the diameter down to thread the magnetic hose end on to.

Installing Ends (cuffs/sleeves): If you're using Kartek's hose (sold by the foot and listed below) and Kartek's sleeves/collars for the blower end of the hose. You'll want to use a food grade, antimicrobial, antimold silicone and let it dry in the sun for at least two days to get rid of any ammonia smell. DO NOT use any sort of toxic or hazardous glues or adhesives. Use common sense, this hose is going to feed FRESH AIR into your helmet.....
