PCI's Nomex balaclava is a great head sock for auto racing. Constructed from fire-resistant single layer Nomex for enhanced breathability and comfort, and featuring a reverse stitched design for a closer and less obtrusive fit, their balaclava head sock is a great accessory for individuals who regularly compete with a helmet. SFI requires a TPP (Thermal Protective Performance) rating of 6. The K1 RaceGear underwear tested at 11.9 - Almost double the minimum requirement!
