If you've ever hopped in your friend's truck or buggy with your Trax stereo helmet or headset, only to realize they have an Elite intercom and you can't plug in. This simple adapter solves that problem.

Elite 4 conductor mono plugs are slightly shorter than Trax 5 conductor stereo plugs. The two conductor types are not interchangeable unless you purchase an adapter cable. PCI color codes their plugs. 4 conductor mono plugs have a black cover and 5 conductor Trax stereo plugs have a gray cover.
