This kit is for a STANDARD micro stub trailing arm plate (flat plate). See below picture for reference.

Two 5 Lug VW Pattern (5 on 205mm) Hubs
Two Calipers With Pads
Two Hub Caps
Two Micro Stub Hub Bearing Assemblies
Two 27 Spline Stub Axles
Two Axle Nuts
Specs:
Uses standard DOT 3, DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 brake fluid
1/8" NPT pipe thread inlet (You'll need adapter fittings listed below)
Rotors have 14mm-1.5 thread studs pressed into them (You'll need to purchase lug nuts)
