Description
If you're rebuilding any of the new Fox 2-1/2" IBP (Internal Bypass Shocks) such as the Polaris RZR or Can‑Am Maverick, then you'll need a set of these spanner wrenches. This is a two piece set. One wrench to hold the gold bearing housing in place while the other wrench turns the black lock nut.
These wrenches are a direct replacement for Fox 398-00-535/A and Fox 398-00-536/A
If like us, you were completely frustrated with your wrench breaking or having issues stripping a seal head on IBP shocks, then these wrenches are for you. Schmidty tested and tweaked these wrench through much R&D to come up with the best designed wrench to tackle disassembly of these Fox Shocks.
The wrenches interlock inside of each other to provide a strong connection and prevent the wrenches from breaking or damaging the seal head. Schmidty also added a longer handle that fits your hand great for loosening up the cinch rings that a lot of the time can have Green Loctite on them, refusing to move.
They coated the wrenches with a black oxide coating to protect the wrench from rust and they have a wax outer coating to look sleek.
