Description

Once the internal m22 ORB o-ring boss bolt is tightened, the banjo fitting is held in place by a snap ring, allowing you to swivel the male AN fitting in any direction.

This low profile design is way lower compared to a traditional 90 degree hose end and a straight adapter fitting coming out of the oil cooler.

These banjo fittings will work on sūsa Setrab oil coolers or Weddle Industries transmission / differential pump filters.

As you can see in the photo of the height comparison, a 90 degree banjo and a straight hose end are way shorter than a straight adapter fitting coming out of the oil cooler with 90 degree hose end.

If both hoses will be pointing in the same direction, it's common to run a straight adapter fitting with 90 degree hose end on one side of the cooler and a banjo fitting with a straight hose end on the other side of the oil cooler so the hoses pass over each other.

Warning! Fragola, sūsa Setrab, and XRP all make 22mm-1.5 thread fittings. The 22mm thread on Fragola's fittings is too long to fit sūsa Setrab's oil coolers or Weddle Industries oil filters. They will only work with the short thread ORB o-ring boss fittings from sūsa Setrab or XRP.
