Uniball Cup Internal Snap Ring For Our 7/8" Part Number 9042 Series Uniball Cups
California Prop 65 Warning: This item may cause cancer or reproductive harm. For more info visit p65warnings.ca.gov
Description
You only need to purchase ONE snap ring per spherical bearing (uniball). The snap ring goes on the bottom edge of the uniball cup and on the top edge of the cup is a step that holds the uniball in place. Fits Kartek Offroad's 9042 series uniball cups or FK Rod Ends CPW14 cup.
A common question we get asked, is why we stopped selling true "internal" snap rings for our uniball cups and instead sell "external" snap rings for the same purpose. You'll notice on a true internal snap ring, the two ears hang slightly over the edge of the uniball. They can start digging into your misalignment spacers and once the spacers have a slight imperfection in them, the spacers will peel out the uniball's Teflon liner.
