Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  • If an order will be delayed or has items that are back ordered, we will do our best to contact you. If you've submitted an order and haven't heard from us in a day or so, check your spam folder.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday during normal business hours. We DO NOT ship on the weekends.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.
  • Transit times DO NOT include the weekends.
  • We DO NOT offer free shipping. We charge shipping on EVERY order, unless you provide us with your own DHL, UPS, or FedEx account.
  • If we use your DHL/UPS/FedEx account, on some orders, depending on the size of the order or the parts that you ordered, we may charge you a handling fee, boxing fee, or crating fee. For example the fiberglass baja bug hood. We have to spend hours custom making a crate to ship that.
  • Domestic orders will be shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx ground. However 3 day, 2 day and next day shipping are available. Freight carriers are available for large orders.
  • International orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on the availability to your country. Freight carriers are available for large orders.
  • All orders are to be prepaid. We DO NOT accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) orders.
  • International customers: It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to determine any fees accessed by your local government. Some countries do not charge GST based on the carrier you use, for example United States Postal Service. Some countries do not charge GST based on the value of your order. For example if your order is less than a certain dollar value.

  • CLAIMS

  • Discrepancies MUST be made within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. If you received an item that is damaged, defective, missing, wrong item, or an incorrect quantity then call us immediately at 951-737-RACE and ask for extension 109. Or email the shipping department on the contact us page.

  • RETURN POLICY

  • We can charge you and email you a return label for USPS, UPS or FedEx so you can drop off your package at any of their facilities or if you have a daily pickup from one of those carriers at your work. This is not free and you will be charged for it.
  • All returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of management.
  • No returns will be accepted of damaged or used items. Purchase insurance on your return package! If the package arrives here crushed by your carrier, we WILL refuse the package.
  • Any unused merchandise, in the original packaging, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • There are no returns on:
  • Shock valving shims
  • Damaged misalignment spacers
  • Axles that have been cut shorter
  • CV joints that the star has been counterbored
  • CV stars that have been counterbored
  • Custom made thru rods
  • Custom made tie rods
  • Custom made radiators
  • Custom built shocks or bump stops
  • Custom made shifter cables
  • Custom made throttle cables
  • Sale items on discount
  • Special order non stocking parts
  • Coil springs
  • Wheels that OMF has modified
  • Tires that have been mounted
  • Wheels that have been mounted
  • Chromoly tubing
  • Aluminum tubing
  • Stainless tubing
  • Hose
  • Electrical
  • Carburetor jets
  • Fuel components such as carburetors
  • Tools
  • Chemicals
  • Fiberglass body parts

  • No returns will be accepted without the return form below.

    A return form must be included INSIDE your package so we know who the package came from. If we don't know who the package came from, we can't refund you!
